Deliverie Areas

Our standard delivery timeframe is 2-3 days from the date of purchase. For time-sensitive orders, we offer a next-day delivery option, subject to availability. We strive to accommodate all delivery requests—leave specific instructions to help us coordinate with our carriers. During busy periods, delivery times might extend slightly, but rest assured, we will keep you updated on the status of your order as it is prepared and dispatched.

Please note that for next-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 am.

Delivery Charges

Standard delivery for small bags (20-25kg) across Mainland UK is capped at a maximum of £200 (ex VAT). Single bags of chippings are charged at £7.50 each.
Additional charges apply for deliveries outside Mainland UK, which will be calculated at checkout.

For bulk bag deliveries, charges start at £65 (ex VAT) each, with delivery fees specified by postcode zones. Additional charges for certain areas are calculated during checkout. Delivery to remote or less accessible regions may incur higher charges, which will also be reflected at checkout.
